Return Policy on Print orders:We love our customers and will do anything we can to make them happy! In the event of damaged or defective order, of course we will provide a full refund or resend! Â
Scenario 1: Your order has gone through the proofing process and has been approved by you, the customer:  Â
- we cannot refund/cancel the order in any case since it has been submitted to the printers and is in process.
Scenario 2: You need to cancel your order within 24 hours of the time you've placed your order, a refund can be granted in the following case:
- You have not approved your proof
- If you have already received your digital proof via email, you have NOT requested an edited proof.  In other words, only one proof has been sent to you and you have not requested edits.
Scenario 3: You need to cancel an order after you have received one proof and have asked for modifications to that proof, you will be refunded your order minus a $20 proofing fee.Â
- This is only if you have NOT yet approved the order.
